About the Film

Rashid Mumin is the Writer/Director of The Other Foot. He has an interest in bringing films to the world, regardless of genre, that uplift and invite all people to be better human beings with a spirit and mind to champion the common good of the human family. 

The two biggest inspirations for The Other Foot came from Imam Warith Deen Mohammed’s letter "A Message of Concern" and the closing argument scene of Matthew McConaughey’s character in the film A Time to Kill (1996).
